Paul S. Hardesty, 93, of Angleton passed away Tuesday, December 22, 2009 at his residence.
Mr. Hardesty was born September 8, 1916 in Tulsa, Ok to Thomas & Cecelia Hampton Hardesty. He was a member of Angleton First Assembly of God & and was an avid fisherman who loved to play cards & dominoes. He was a Milkman for 35 years with Sanitary Farm Dairies & Quality Check Milk, and was owner & operator of Angleton Salvage.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wives; Carolyn Ruth Mathis-Hardesty & Mary Matilda Ray Hardesty, Sons; Thomas Daniel Hardesty, Howard Grady Hardesty & Donald Ray Evans, grandsons; John Flynn Ebey, Jr & Kevin Dewayne Bell, daughter-in-law; Maria Hardesty & brother in law; Joe Lewis.
Survivors include his wife; Betty Jean Hardesty
Sons; David Hardesty & wife Donna of Angleton, Dennis & wife Leslie Ray of Pocatello, ID, Logan & wife Leah Hardesty of Freeport, Claude Hardesty & Karen Faulk of Angleton & Danny Lackey & wife Donna Lackey of College Station.
Daughters; Pat Lamont & husband Don of Freeport, Mollie Fettinger & husband Jerry of Jones Creek, Beverly Jean Richie of Collinsville, Ok, Paulette Brown & husband Melvin Joy Cook & husband Jim, Cece Walder & husband George all of Angleton,

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 26, 2009 at First Assembly of God Church with Rev. Mike Hammonds officiating. Burial will follow at Restwood Memorial Park in Lake Jackson.
Visitation will be Saturday from 9:30 a.m. until service time.
Pallbearers will be George Allen Walder, Shawn Ebey, Jacob Piper, Ricky Ebey, Ronnie Cook, Tommy Bell, Jeramy Kopycinski, Carl Allen, Kenny Allen & Josh Piper.
