Patty Ann McDaniel

Patty Ann McDaniel, of Angleton, Texas, passed away peacefully on May 27, 2026, at the age of 67.

Born on October 22, 1958, in Ouachita Parish, Louisiana. She lived a life centered on family, love, and resilience, leaving a lasting impact on all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Shirley (Peggy) Hamilton and J.D. McDaniel; her stepfather, John Hamilton; her daughter, Tommie Bankston; and her sister, Theresa Clarke.

Patty is lovingly remembered by her children, John Doss, James (Jimmy) Doss Jr., Vanessa Bankston, and Kirsten Bankston. She was a proud grandmother to James Doss III, Jace Doss, Jayden Doss, Autumn Villanueva, Summer Myers, Cassidy Elliott, Chloe Elliott, Nevada Montemayor, and James Balsamo. She was also blessed with eight great-grandchildren, who brought her immense joy.

She is further survived by her siblings Debra Balsamo, Judy Yaghamaei, James McDaniel, Mary McDaniel, Phillip Hamilton, Randy Hamilton, Trina Hamilton and Angela Hamilton along with many extended family members and dear friends who will cherish her memory.

A Visitation will be held on June 19, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., followed by a Memorial Service at 2:00 p.m. at Palms Funeral Home, 2300 E. Mulberry Street, Angleton, Texas 77515.
