Vicki Lanette Michna

January 14, 1965 ~ August 24, 2026

Vicki Lanette Michna, 61, of Lake Jackson, TX, went to the arms of her Savior and Lord Jesus Christ on August 24, 2026 after a 2-year battle with cancer. Vicki was born on January 14, 1965 in Houston, Tx to Robert and Evelyn (Mauney) Huebner.

Raised in the Spring/Klein area, Vicki attended Klein High School, where she was active in 4H and FFA. Taking a deep interest in cooking and fashion, she regularly took home blue ribbons for her culinary creations, as well as for sewing outfits for herself and her siblings. She went on to earn an associate’s degree in Fashion Design from Houston Community College.

Offering compassion and care to the sick and elderly, Vicki worked professionally in assisted living for much of her adult life until her son, Matthew, was born. Staying home with Matthew, being his mom and providing the kind of home they could be proud of was her greatest calling in life. Vicki loved planning and decorating for parties, events, and holidays, was accomplished at cooking and baking elaborate wedding cakes, and was a dedicated mother, homemaker, and homeschool mom.

She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Huebner and niece Amy Joy Huebner.

She is survived by her son, Matthew Michna, mother Evelyn Huebner, siblings Travis (Misty) Huebner, Kerry Huebner, and Karl (Natalie) Huebner.

A celebration of life will be held at Palms Funeral Home in Angleton, TX at 2pm on Saturday, September 5th, 2026 with Pastor Greg Devine officiating.
