Karen Smith, 70, of Angleton, passed away on Wednesday, May 2, 2012. Memorial services are set for 10:00 am Saturday, May 5th 2012 in the Palms Funeral Home Chapel. Karen was born February 5, 1942 in Omaha, Nebraska to Samuel & Dorothy Parker Sidebottom. She is survived by her husband, Billy L. Smith, Sr., Sons; Billy "Skip" Smith, Jr. & wife Bettina Marie of Angleton, Samuel "Chip" Smith, Sr. & wife Larissa of Abilene Daughter, Laura LeAnne Smith & husband Lonnie of Lake Jackson. Brothers, Jerry Sidebottom & Samuel Sidebottom and sister, Beverly Nero. 11-Grandchildren and 3-Great-Grandchildren.
