Shirley Jeanette Dozier

Shirley Dozier, 79, of Rosharon passed away Thursday, May 24, 2018 in Angleton, surrounded by her family. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 am Wednesday, May 30, 2018 in the Palms Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Angleton Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday evening from 6-8 at Palms. Shirley was born November 11, 1938 in Easam Farm, Texas to William E & Thelma Rollo McIntyre. She was a retired Rural Letter Carrier with the USPS. Shirley loved to read, crochet & her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Otto Lee "Buddy" Dozier, sons; James Allen & Robert Lee Dozier, 2-brothers & 2-sisters. Survivors include her daughter Toni ( Josh), brother & sister; Robert Paul McIntyre and Delora Jean Dawson. Grandchildren- Eben Lohmann, Taylor James Rhyne, Jacob Dozier, Amy Hartt, Jessica Lewis, Lacee Norman, Bryan Dozier, Justin Dozier & Phillip Dozier. 25 Great-Grandchildren and 1 Angel on the way, along with numerous other family & friends. Pallbearers will be Josh Smith, Eben Lohmann, Taylor James Rhyne, Jacob Dozier, Bryan Dozier, Justin Dozier, Phillip Dozier, Trenton Lewis & Lance Norman, Honorary Pallbearers will be her Grand Daughters & Great-Grandchildren.
