We are deeply saddened to share that Ray West Foster has passed away. His presence, kindness, and spirit will be profoundly missed by all who knew him.

A funeral service will be held in his honor at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 17, 2025, at Palms Funeral Home.

Family and friends are invited to visitation on Thursday, October 16, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., also at Palms Funeral Home.
