Randal Gene Miller, lovingly known as Randy, peacefully passed away at his home surrounded by his family in West Columbia on June 25, 2026. Randy was born April 1, 1963 in Port Lavaca, TX to Kenneth and Carolyn Miller. He graduated from Calhoun High School in Port Lavaca in 1981. He moved to Angleton in the mid 80’s, and loved to hunt, fish, and play jokes on people.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Carolyn Sue Miller, grandparents Norman and Mildred Miller, as well as Otis and Betty Jo Carter.

A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, July 1, 2026 at 10:00 am in Palms Funeral Home with burial to follow in Angleton Cemetery. A Visitation will be held on June 30, 2026 from 6-8:00pm at Palms Funeral Home.

Randy is survived by his wife Shari Jeter Miller, 5 children, Vanessa Miller Alston and husband Zachary, Michelle DeTullio and husband Steven, Morgan Pate and wife Christina, Meagan Pate, and Melody McElroy and husband Eric all of Angleton. He is also survived by three sisters, Tammie Albarado and husband Jimmy, Joana Dlabaj and husband Jeffrey, and Kendra Olivarez and Husband John Wayne. Randy also has 10 grandchildren: Hunter Henderson, Hailey Henderson, Emma Farish, Skylar DeTullio, Ainsley Paukner, Audrey Paukner, Ace Paukner, William Crane, Maryn McElroy and Bodie McElroy.
