Peggy Stoffer Weaver passed away surrounded by the love and memories of a life well lived. Born on January 15, 1951, in Bay City, Texas, Peggy was the beloved daughter of C.V. and Pauline Stoffer.

Peggy graduated from Angleton High School in 1969 and built a career marked by dedication, perseverance, and a strong work ethic. She worked for many years with Mallinckrodt Medical and Benchmark, where she earned the respect and friendship of colleagues and friends alike.

Family was at the center of Peggy's life. Born into a family of six children, she shared a close bond with her siblings throughout her life. She is survived by her beloved twin sister, Verna Breazeale; her younger sister, Jenny Warmke (Warren); her eldest sister, JoAnn Smith; and her brother, Chester Stoffer (Janet). Peggy also held dear the memory of her sister, Judy Lanier, with whom she shared a deep and lasting bond and a lifetime of treasured memories. Her relationship with Verna was especially unique, shaped by a lifetime of shared experiences, understanding, and unconditional love.

Peggy treasured the many friendships she cultivated throughout her life. Her lifelong friend Linda, whose companionship, laughter, and unwavering support brought her great joy through the years. Mary, Lilly, Violet, and Nelda were also a cherished part of her life and a source of countless happy memories.

She had a special love for cats and welcomed many feline companions into her home over the years. Peggy was also known for her love of the color purple, which reflected her vibrant spirit and brought her great joy. She cherished traveling with her sisters and friends, especially the cruises they enjoyed together. Peggy also found joy baking sweet treats for family and friends, often expressing her love through the desserts and goodies she prepared. Christmas was her favorite time of year. She delighted in decorating her home for the season, gathering with family, celebrating treasured traditions, and creating memories that would be cherished for years to come.

Peggy is survived by her daughter, Beverly Weaver; her grandchildren, Adriana Rivera, Marissa Rivera, Melissa Brackin (Adam), and Jayden Dodds; and her great-grandchildren, Jeremiah Lundy, Jack Brackin, and Billy Brackin. To her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, she was lovingly known as "Grammy," a title she cherished deeply. She was eagerly anticipating the arrival of her first great-granddaughter, Viviana Guerra.

Though her passing leaves a void in the hearts of those who loved her, Peggy's legacy lives on through her family, her friendships, and the many lives she touched with her kindness, strength, generosity, and unwavering love. She will be remembered always as a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. Her memory will remain in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know and love her.
