Norma Jean McClary Norma Jean McClary, 68 passed away Thursday, October 31, 2013. Norma was born March 29, 1945 to Buford & Ruby Shipman in Marshall, Arkansas. She enjoyed volunteering her time and was a member of R.V. Maps with the Assembly of God Church. Norma was preceded in death by her father, Buford. She is survived by her loving husband, Phil; mother, Ruby; son, Kelly McClary and wife, Laura; son, Scott McClary; granddaughter, Tiffany Laura; brothers, Gary Shipman and wife, Marilyn, Larry Shipman & wife, Melissa, and Danny Shipman & wife, Lois. Funeral services will be held Monday, November 4, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at Palms Funeral Home Chapel in Angleton, Texas. Visitation will be held Sunday, November 3, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Graveside services will be held in Blackburn, Oklahoma at Blackburn Cemetery at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, November 7, 2013. Visitation will be Wednesday, November 6, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Chapman-Black Funeral Home in Cleveland, OK. Pallbearers will be T.R. Logan, Wayne Coker, Bob McKinley, Gene Zirlott, Oscar Guerero, and Curtis Swisher. Honorary Pallbearers will be Ken & Peggy McGowan and Chad & Alena Phillips. A special thank you to the doctors and nurses at Angleton- Danbury Hospital (ICU), Methodist Hospital (ICU) and Houston Hospice.
