Luis Manuel Garcia, Sr. Luis Manuel Garcia, Sr., 64, of Angleton passed away on Sunday August 25, 2013 . Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 29, 2013 at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church. A Rosary & Christian Wake will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 28, 2013 with visitation to follow until 8 p.m. at Palms Funeral Home. Luis was born January 11, 1949 in Houston, Texas to Lucas A & Juanita Garcia. He was a Vietnam Army Veteran and had worked as an Upholsterer. Luis was best know as an avid fisherman of the Texas Gulf Coast area, and enjoyed spending time with his family & friends Survivors include his son, Luis M. Garcia, Jr & wife Wendy of Mesa, Az Brothers; Henry Garcia & wife Maribel of Angleton, Lucas Garcia of Angleton & Jerry Garcia & wife Adrianna of LaMarque. Sister; Sandra Gutierrez & husband Rick of Angleton Grandchildren; Nicholas & Lucas Garcia.
