Lucila "Lucy" Eugenia Rowlett (The Corndog Lady) Lucy Rowlett, 73, of Angleton met her daughter, Anna, in Heaven on Wednesday, July 19, 2017. Visitation will be held from 2-4 Saturday, July 22, 2017 at Palms Funeral Home. Lucy was born October 28, 1943 in Zacapa, Guatemala to Francisco & Blanca Aguilar Palacious. She was retired from Walmart. Lucy was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Dewayne Rowlett & daughter, Anna Sellers. Survivors include her son; Lawrence Dixon & wife Lindy and sisters; Lydia Neddermeyer, Martha Guerrero and her husband Roland Grandchildren; Katie Dixon, Shelby Sellers, Kelsey Sellers & Karlee Dixon Great-Grandchildren; Kynlee Ogbeh, Kimberlee Rivera and Jr. Ogbeh The LORD Is My Shepherd The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.
