It is with profound sorrow that we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved mother, Lisa Anne Liescheski, on September 14, 2025. Born on October 9, 1961, to Milford and Sharon, Lisa was a devoted spouse, mother, and Maw-Maw whose life was defined by love, laughter, and unwavering strength.
Lisa dedicated much of her time to the Brazoria County Fair Association, where she proudly served on the transportation committee. Beyond the fairgrounds, she found her greatest peace in the country, or with her toes in the sand, surrounded by the beauty of nature and endless ocean. Her heart was fullest when she was with her grandchildren, who were her greatest pride and joy.
She is preceded in death by her father, Milford Miller. Lisa leaves behind her loving husband, Mark Liescheski; her mother, Sharon (Terry) Wolfe; her sister, Brenda (Keith) Wilson; her daughters, Tonya Scarborough, Melissa (Fred) Liskowski, and Kayla (Kendrick) Jrab; her cherished grandchildren: Dalton, Zachary, Cash, Preston, Hunter, Sarah, Elizabeth, Scarlett, Natalie, Ruby, and Gerik; her extended family, nieces Brandi (Kevin) Herrera and Brittany (Michael) Monteagudo, nephew Brandon (Kaylin) Wilson, five great nieces and two great nephews; and her daughter-in-love, Tracy Liescheski. Her love and resilience will forever remain in the hearts of her family and friends.
A public viewing will take place from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on September 19, 2025, at Palms Funeral Home, 2300 E Mulberry Street, Angleton, TX 77515, followed by the funeral service on September 20, 2025, at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Lisa’s memory to the Brazos Bill Champions Show at the Brazoria County Fair.
Lisa’s spirit, warmth, and love will live on in all who were blessed to know her.
