Jimmy Ray Frazier Jimmy Ray Frazier, 75 of Rosharon passed away Tuesday October 1, 2013 at his home. He was born on May 31, 1938 in King City, California. A Public Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 6, 2013 from 2-4:00pm at Palms Funeral Home Chapel. He was preceded in death by his Parents, 2 brothers and 1 sister. Jimmy is survived by his wife of 10 years, Lucille Frazier, sons; Jimmy Frazier and wife Maria, Jacques Frazier, and Larry Frazier and wife Jennifer, as well as 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Jimmy retired from the US Navy, he served during the Vietnam Era, and also retired from NASA where he worked as a Jet Engine Mechanic. In Lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to a Diabetes Association in Jimmy's name.
