Jaime Elizabeth Compian, 71, of Angleton, Texas, a beloved mother, daughter, and grandmother, passed away peacefully on October 7, 2023, at her residence in Angleton, TX, at the age of 71. She was born on June 8, 1952, in Los Angeles, CA, to her parents: Bennie and Isabella (Guzman) Compian.
Jaime’s journey in life was marked by dedication, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to her family. Jaime pursued college credits to enrich her knowledge and skills. Her determination and hard work led her to become a highly regarded legal secretary within the law industry.
Alongside her professional achievements, Jaime was an incredibly devoted mother to her two daughters and son, Lola Vallejo, Melissa Garcia, and Lawrence Quezada. She embraced her role of nurturing her children with immense love, support, and guidance, guiding them to become successful individuals.
Also left to cherish Jaime’s memory are her eight grandchildren, Mario Vallejo Jr., Amanda Vallejo, Anthony Garcia, Aaliyah Garcia, Aanisah Garcia, Angel Garcia, Logan Quezada, and Aaiden Garcia. A special recognition goes to her lifelong partner, Angel “Sweet Papa” Reyes.
Awaiting Jaime’s arrival in Heaven are her father, Bennie Compian, her mother, Isabella Compian, as well as her siblings.
Jaime’s warm smile, kindhearted nature, and the genuine care she extended to everyone she encountered left an inedible imprint on those fortunate enough to know her. Her selflessness and willingness to lend a helping hand were defining qualities that endeared her to all. She truly touched the lives of many, both personally and professionally.
A graveside service to honor Jaime’s life will take place on October 14, 2023, at 2:15 p.m. at the Angleton Cemetery located at 328 Cemetery Rd., Angleton, TX, 77515. Prior to the service, a visitation will be held at Palms Funeral Home starting at 11:00 a.m., followed by the funeral service at 1:00 p.m.
Jaime’s legacy of love, dedication, and kindness will forever remain in the hearts of the family and friends. May she rest in eternal peace, knowing she made a profound difference in the lives she touched during her time with us.
