Jabe Anthony Carr, Jr. Jabe Anthony Carr, Jr. passed away on Saturday, February 8, 2014. Visitation will be held on Friday, February 14, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 15, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Palms Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Angleton Cemetery. Jabe was born on August 24, 1937 in Rosharon, Texas. He was a loving father and husband, and ultimately, was able to do it his way. Jabe is survived by his son, Ferrell Carr; daughters, Laurene Beaty and Donita Carr; and grandchildren, Laurissa Beaty, Shaniah Hardcastle, Virginia Hardcastle, and Zander Blumenthal.
