Frank Louis Svetlik

Frank L. Svetlik, 88, a long time Angleton resident, passed away Sunday, June 04, 2017 in Galveston. Funeral Services are set for 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 7, 2017 in the Palms Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Angleton Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. until service time at Palms Frank was born June 23, 1928 in Cameron, Texas to Frank & Mary Broze Svetlik. He was a US Army Veteran and served in the Korean War. He was preceded in death by his wife; Winifred Svetlik, his son, Kevin Svetlik, sister, Anna Mae Fojtik & brother, Julius Svetlik. Survivors include his children; Elizabeth "Liz" Cope ( Javis Woods), Brenda Svetlik, Cindy Bergen ( Ed ) all of Angleton, Patricia Rodriguez (Jose) of Alvin, Janet Tribble ( Alan) of Angleton, Steve Svetlik of Iola, Tx Brenda Hunt of Richards, Tx & Ruth Draper of Leander, Tx Brother, Melvin Svetlik of Churchill & numerous grandchildren & great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Chance Bergen, Wayne Svetlik, Brad Cardinal, James "Garrett" Cope, Adam Neece & Joshua Cope. Honorary Pallbearers will be Devin Wied, Ed Bergen, Javis Woods, Jose Rodriguez & Scott Dunk.
