Dorothy May Nardo

Dorothy May Nardo of Angleton passed away on January 1, 2026. Dorothy’s life journey began eighty-nine years ago on August 26, 1936, when she was born to Howard and Bernice (Davis) Weaver in Wesleyville, Pennsylvania.

She moved to Texas in 1976, and this would become her home for the remainder of her life.

Dorothy enjoyed playing bingo, cards, dominoes, and she was an avid game show watcher. As a resident of Magnolia Acres in Angleton for over 15 years, she made many friends that were very dear to her.

Those that preceded her in death include her parents Howard and Bernice Weaver,12 of her siblings and her daughter Debra Nardo.

Left to treasure her memory are her children: Vincent (Laurabeth), DeeDee Stevens (Dale), Tina Nardo (Wendell Dudley), Brian, Kelly, Eric (Ada), Cindy Smidt, Marc Lewis.

Siblings: Midge Gilkinson

Grandchildren: Micah Thompson (John), Brianna Collard, Chance Collard, Sarabeth Gaddis (Justyn)

Great grandchildren: Kyle and Hannah Thompson, James, John and Jackson Gaddis

Great great grandchildren: Lakelynn

And numerous other family members and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. at Palms Funeral Home.
