Casiro “Chopper” Munoz, 70, of Angleton passed away on June 30, 2026, in Houston. Chopper was born on January 10, 1956, in San Diego, Texas to Ramiro and Eudalia (Vidal) Munoz.
He married Anita Perez on April 16, 1974, in Freer, Texas.
He enjoyed playing music, traveling with his work, playing his drums, and learning to play his accordion. His grandchildren were his joy.
Those that preceded him in death include his son Rogelio “Roy” Munoz, his parents; Ramiro and Eudalia Munoz, brother Guadalupe “Lupio” Munoz, his sister San Juana Munoz, granddaughter Julia Danielle Munoz, and great granddaughter Adalynn Grace Munoz.
Left to remember him is his wife Anita Munoz, daughter Patricia Rodriguez and husband Alberto, sons: Reymundo Munoz and wife Nicolette, and Casiro Munoz Jr. and wife Alice; siblings: Ramiro “Killeen” Munoz, Joe Munoz, Irma Gonzales, Lulo Munoz, and Margarite Munoz; fourteen grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, and numerous other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. with the Rosary from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Palms Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Angleton Cemetery.
