Brenda Sue (Menard) Milligan, 71, of Danbury, Texas, passed away peacefully in Angleton, Texas on November 28, 2025. She was born on February 10, 1954, in Fort Smith, Arkansas, to her loving parents, Charles and Helen (Embrey) Menard.

Brenda lived a life centered around service, dedication, and love for her community. She spent many years employed at Angleton Danbury Medical Center in Environmental Services, where she formed lifelong friendships and touched countless lives through her kindness and work ethic. Brenda also proudly served for many years on the Danbury City Council, giving her time and heart to the town she cherished.

Left to treasure her memory are her son, Jack Milligan, and his wife Rebecca, along with her beloved grandson Ashton Milligan, who brought immense joy to her life. Brenda was reunited in eternal rest with her husband, Jack Milligan, who preceded her in death.

Per Brenda’s wishes, a Celebration of Life will be held after the Christmas holidays, where family and friends will gather to honor and remember her beautiful life. The date and location of the Celebration of Life will be announced to the public once the family has confirmed arrangements.
