Bobbie Ruth Walker

Bobbie Ruth Walker entered the pearly gates of heaven on June 21, 2026. We are certain that not only was she greeted by her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, she was also met at heaven's gate by her beloved husband of 69 years, Gerald Walker-- the love of her life, and her beloved son, Jackie Walker.

Bobbie was a remarkable woman-- a devoted wife and mother who always considered others before herself. She taught her children to ALWAYS put God first, love others, and to be there for one another. We will miss the visits on the porch, the cookie trays at Christmas time, and the love she gave each of us unconditionally.

Bobbie was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Walker, and son, Jackie Walker.

She is survived by her children: Basil Walker, Regina Morris (Wayne), Rhonda Claytor, James Walker (Thu), and Jerry Walker (Keisha); Life-long friend, Elizabeth Floyd; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
