Bertha Alicia Pena

Bertha Alicia Peña, 60, of Holiday Lakes, passed away on November 18, 2025, with her family by her side. Bertha entered this world on September 11, 1965, in Arcabuz, Tamaulipas, Mexico, born to Sergio and Felipa (Leal) Campos. She married the love of her life, Felipe Peña, on September 30, 1989, and they shared many cherished years together until his passing in 2017.

Bertha enjoyed singing and dancing, and she carried a joyful spirit everywhere she went. She was known for her giving heart and was always a helping hand to anyone in need. She was a loyal and caring friend, and her warmth, generosity, and kindness touched every life she crossed.

Those who preceded her in death include her husband, Felipe Peña; her mother, Felipa (Leal) Campos; and her brother, Mario Campos.

Left to remember her are her daughters, Gabriela and Jennifer Peña; her father, Sergio Campos; her grandchildren: Alexiz Berlynne Carnero, Christian Daniel Rivera, and Giselle Analeia Blanco and numerous other family members and friends who loved her deeply.

Visitation will be held on Monday, November 24, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Palms Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Angleton Cemetery.
