Ann T. 'Panny' Slocum

Ann T. Slocum, lovingly called Panny, 86 of Angleton passed away, April 27, 2012. Ann was born February 1, 1926 in Tomball, Texas to Joe & Nellie (Hopkis) Bartkovak. For years, Panny ran an in-home nursery where she raised many children and loved them as her own. She was preceded in death by her husband, John B. Slocum; son, Robert Lance Slocum; parents and many brothers and sisters. Panny is survived by her daughter, Ginger Flippo and husband, Lee of Angleton; siblings, Helen Alonso, Frances Peveto and Frank Bartkovak; grandchildren, Jason Flippo and wife, Mimi and Julie Brinkman; great grandchildren, Kendall, Pearce, Claire & Parker.
