Amber Rosalie Cox - Erickson

In the tranquil town of Angleton, Texas, where the sun sets with a golden hue, we mourn the passing of our beloved Amber Rosalie Cox Erickson, who journeyed from this world on April 29, 2025. Born on June 22, 1984, Amber's spirit illuminated the lives of those around her with warmth and joy.

Amber, a cherished daughter of Gary Cox and Sonya Guerra, rose as an inspiring manager in the food service industry, where her dedication and kindness flourished at Taco Bell. She built a career laden with leadership, never hesitating to lend a helping hand to her colleagues or a smile to her customers.

Amber's impact extended far beyond her roles; her laughter echoed in the hearts of friends and family; her compassion woven into the fabric of her community. She will be remembered as a beacon of light, a soul whose vivacity inspired all who crossed her path.

Her love knew no bounds, as she shared her life with her devoted husband, Chase Erickson, who stood by her side through life’s many seasons as their story began in Clute, Texas on February 26, 2002. Together, they crafted a tapestry of shared dreams and cherished memories, a testament to the profound love they held for one another.

Survivors include her husband, Chase Erickson, children: Drake and Riley Erickson, mother, Sonya Guerra, brother, Gary Cox, her sister, Ashley Segovia, and cousins Tina Hernandez and Alicia Kouches. She also leaves behind her best friend who was always there for her, Matilda.

She was preceded in death by, her father, Gary Cox and grandmother, Josephine Cox.

In celebration of Amber’s life, friends and family will gather to honor her memory in a serene ceremony, a moment to reminisce and rejoice in the love she bestowed upon the world. It will be held on Friday, May 16, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at Palms Funeral Home, an invitation to all who knew and loved her to come together in her memory.

As we bid farewell, we find solace in the beauty she contributed to our lives, holding her spirit close as we move forward.
