Willard Pruitt 'Pruitt' Scott Jr.

Willard Pruitt Scott, Jr. 64, of Angleton passed away on Tuesday, December 09, 2014 in Angleton. Funeral services are set for 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 12, 2012 in the Palms Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Angleton Cemetery Visitation will be Thursday evening from 6-8 at Palms. Pruitt was born December 20, 1949 in Angleton, Texas to Willard Pruitt, Sr & Theresa ( Kotz) Scott. He was a Rancher, Loving Father & Grandfather. He was active in FFA, 4-H and a lifetime member of Brazoria County Fair Assoc. Pruitt retired as an Operator for BASF. His Parents, his younger brother, Frank Wayne Scott & sister, Linda Beth Larue preceded him in death. Survivors include his sons; Babe Scott, Pat Scott & wife Rachel, Wade Novak & wife Ginger and Jim Novak & wife Stephanie. Daughter Dana Escobar & husband Rolondo Sister, Theresa Ann Farrow & husband Frank Grandchildren, Taylor Scott, Shelby Scott, Mason Scott, Callie Scott, Savannah Scott, Colton Novak, Tyler Novak, Jamie Novak, Allen Novak, Christopher Escobar & Caden Escobar, his long time friend Peggy Novak and his beloved dog PePe. Pallbearers will be Taylor Scott, Mason Scott, Colton Novak, Tyler Novak, Allen Novak, Cody Scott, Wade Powell, Clay Powell, Christopher Escobar & Caden Escobar. Honorary pallbearers will be Adam Schill & Payton Chambless. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in Pruitt's name to the National Kidney Foundation (www.kidney.org) or Brazoria County Cattleman's Association Scholarship Fund ( P.O.
