Renato Martin Rubio
January 18, 1956 ~ June 14, 2010
Renato Martin Rubio, 54 of Angleton went to be with his Lord and Savior in Monday, June 14, 2010. His demise was taken at the home of Isabelle Salazar-first cousin, along with his sons, daughters, brother, sisters, cousins, nieces, nephews and grandchildren, along with other family members and friends. He was surrounded by many who loved him and was at peace.
He was born January 18, 1956 to Reynaldo & Julia Rubio in Angleton, TX.
Renato was a self contractor and helped remolded homes. He served in the United States Army and he loved to fish and hunt.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Josephine & Santiago Ramirez and Andrea & Hernesto Rubio; mother, Julia Rubio; brothers, Ruben Thomas Rubio and Rene Steven Rubio.
Renato is survived by his children, Rodrigo Rubio and wife, Christina, Inez Rubio, Mario Ordonez and wife Yesenia, Jessica Ordonez, Amanda Marie Villarreal and husband Chris and Nicholas Rubio; grandchildren, Rickey Ordonez, Marcus Ordonez, Alyssa Ordonez, Matthew Ordonez, Angelina Ordonez, Daniel Miguel Pena, Julian Elizar Pena, Jaden Rubio, Skylynn Rubio and Cristobal Matthew Villarreal; sisters, Rita Rubio, Ramona Lampe and husband Steve, and Ruby Rubio; brothers, Ray Rubio and John Valdez; and numerous nieces and nephews and other family members.
The Rubio Family will welcome visitors to Palms Funeral Home on Wednesday, June 16, 2010 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. with a rosary at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, June 17th at 10:00 a.m. at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Angleton. Burial will follow in Angleton Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Juan Sanchez, Ray Allen Clements, Mario Ordonez, Reynaldo Villegas, Brandon Elliot Gomez and Jimmy Villegas. Chris Villarreal will serve as an honorary pallbearer. In lieu of normal remembrances please make donations to BACODA, 744 Henderson Rd., Angleton, TX 77515.
