Mary Louella Barbree, 79, of Angleton passed away Monday, June 14, 2010 in Angleton, Texas. She was born on June 14, 1931 to John and Effie Starr.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Mary leaves behind many loved ones including her husband, John Cash, of Angleton; son, John Barbree and wife, Adrienne of Taft; son, Joe Barbree, Jr. and wife Sandra of Freeport; daughter Mary Jo Stedman and husband Arthor Lunford of Clute; son, James Barbree and wife Robin of Lake Jackson; brother, John Haden “Buddy” Starr of Nicaragua; sister, Alpha Louise Coker of Aransas Pass; nine grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren, and seven great-great grandchildren.
Mary was a loving mother and caring grandmother. She was a very giving person.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 16, 2010 at the Palms Funeral Home Chapel in Angleton, with graveside services following at Danbury Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-8pm Tuesday, June 15, 2010, also at Palms Funeral Home.
