Beth Shackelford Fullilove

June 15, 1922 - June 29, 2010


Beth Shackelford Fullilove, 88, passed away peacefully at her home in Angleton on Tuesday, June 29, 2010 surrounded by her family. Beth was employed as a bookkeeper with Neal Insurance Agency from 1968 until 2006.

She was preceded in death by her parents George P. Shackelford and Mary Elizabeth Shackelford; by her husband, Herbert Fullilove, and by her son, Hub Fullilove.

Beth is survived by her daughters; Sherry Gibson and husband Tommy, of West Columbia, Mary Rouse and husband Mick, of Angleton, Rhesa Robertson and husband Terry, of Angleton; brother, George E. Shackelford and wife Bettina of West Columbia: grandson, Tommy G. and wife Laura of Roundrock, Texas, and granddaughter Amy of Angleton. She is also survived by her beloved dog, Belle.

Visitation will be Friday July 2, 2010 from 6-8pm at Palms Funeral Home in Angleton. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 3, 2010 at 10:00am in the Palms funeral Home Chapel, with burial to follow at Columbia cemetery in West Columbia, Texas.
